Boy oh boy.  Here’s my lift totals since I’ve been powerlifting.  Bench 300. Finally… Squat 420.Deadlift 495. I eat clean and train often. It’s been a year and a half since I was a 280 lb six foot tall loaf of bread.  I can’t wait to hit  these lifts as a sub200 lb dynamo. Welcome to summer 2014.

The recent weeks, have been the utmost shittiest of my life. Straight up…

Yet I think I’ve managed to cling close to my daily routine and get pieces in place to support me. Continuing to move forward. No matter how hard the hit, I will always get up. 

I remember the day when I decided I would never be defeated and I said I would never be defeated ever again.
